Site Workforce Attendance · Flagship module

Prove you're on-site with one tap.

The problem: Workers report attendance on paper, WhatsApp, or a supervisor's headcount. You have no way to prove who was actually on-site, and chasing for numbers wastes time.

How we solved it: GPS-locked check-in that ties to the actual site. Workers can only check in when they're physically there. Instant proof, no paperwork, no guessing.

Beyond attendance

One suite. Every part of the site, covered.

From daily inspections your workers log on the portal, to payment approvals handled in Odoo's back office, every part of the job is covered.

Project Site Monitoring

Report site conditions as they happen.

The problem: Site conditions are usually only known when a PM physically visits or gets a phone update. Safety and housekeeping issues go unreported until they're serious, and the office has no real visibility into what materials actually arrived versus what was ordered.

How we solved it: A real daily digital report from site covering manpower, safety, and housekeeping, plus live visibility into what's still pending against real purchase orders. No waiting for a site visit to know what's happening.

Portal Timesheet for Collaborators

Log your hours where you work.

The problem: Subcontractor hours are usually collected via paper timesheets, WhatsApp photos, or an end-of-week phone call. It's slow, easy to lose, and hard to match against actual task progress. Giving every subcontractor a full Odoo login isn't realistic either.

How we solved it: Subcontractors log hours directly on their assigned task through a limited portal view. No separate app, no Odoo licence, and the record lives exactly where the work itself is tracked.

Project Off-Track Alerts

  1. 01

    Task goes overdue

A task is still open in an active stage after its due date comes and goes.

  2. 02

    System flags it automatically

Every project is scanned automatically, once a day. No one has to remember to look.

  3. 03

Alert pops up when you open Odoo

The popup reappears every time they open Odoo, until it's acknowledged. After that, it's quiet for the rest of the day.

Never miss an overdue task.

The problem: Overdue tasks quietly get missed. A PM handling dozens of tasks across several projects has no automatic way to notice something's gone quiet, until a client or manager asks why it isn't done yet.

How we solved it: An automatic daily check flags overdue tasks and shows them to the PM the moment they log in. Nothing relies on memory or manual review.

Construction Labour Scheduling

Plan your workforce for the week.

The problem: Knowing how many workers, and which skills, are needed on which task, which day, in-house or subcontracted, is usually tracked informally: a message to a foreman, a spreadsheet that's already out of date by the time anyone checks it. Over- or under-allocation often isn't visible until it's already a problem on-site.

How we solved it: Day-by-day, skill-by-skill headcount planning in one place, with a real approval workflow from draft through to done. Always current, never a guess.

Construction Project Management

Manage all projects in one place.

The problem: Subcontractor progress dates, payment certificates, and approval records for drawings and materials are often scattered across email threads, PDF folders, and stacks of signed paper, turning a client report into days of putting it all back together by hand.

How we solved it: Real dates entered by the people actually doing the work, one-click payment certificates from completed tasks, a proper approvals register, and a client-ready report generated on demand.

Video walkthrough: coming soon

Subcontractors log actual start/end dates and completion, right from the portal.

Procurement & Financial Controls

Two-step approval for every payment.

The problem: Outgoing payments and manual journal entries are two of the biggest financial risk points on a project. Without a clear approval chain, one person can push a payment through with no second check, or push a journal entry through and skip the normal checks that purchase orders and invoices naturally create.

How we solved it: A mandatory two-stage approval, Admin then Accounts, on every outgoing payment and every manual journal entry, plus a required credit-advice document before a payment can post. No single point of failure.
